PUR Sandwich Panel

Description:
PUR (Polyurethane) Sandwich Panels are high-performance insulated panels used for roofing, wall cladding, and cold storage applications. These panels consist of two layers of pre-painted or galvanized steel sheets with a core of rigid polyurethane foam in between. The PUR core provides excellent thermal insulation, making these panels ideal for environments that require temperature control, such as cold storage facilities, food processing units, and industrial buildings.

Raw Materials:
PUR Sandwich Panels are made from two layers of high-quality galvanized or aluminum sheets, bonded to a core of rigid polyurethane foam. The steel or aluminum layers provide structural strength, while the PUR core offers excellent insulation properties, ensuring the panel performs well in both hot and cold climates.

RAL Colors Available:
The outer steel or aluminum layers can be color-coated in a variety of RAL colors to match specific project needs. Popular RAL colors include:

  • RAL 9002 – Grey White
  • RAL 5010 – Gentian Blue
  • RAL 3005 – Wine Red
  • RAL 9010 – Pure White

Custom colors and finishes are available upon request.

Features:

  • Excellent thermal insulation due to the rigid PUR core.
  • Lightweight yet strong, reducing the load on structural frameworks.
  • Fire-resistant properties depending on core density.
  • Long-lasting, with resistance to corrosion, weathering, and UV exposure.
  • Quick and easy installation, leading to reduced construction times and labor costs.

Applications:
PUR Sandwich Panels are widely used in applications where temperature control and insulation are critical. Common applications include:

  • Cold storage and refrigerated warehouses.
  • Industrial buildings, workshops, and factories.
  • Roofing and cladding for commercial and residential buildings.
  • Clean rooms and controlled environments for food processing.
  • Prefabricated structures and modular buildings.
